1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to Policy Pros (Registered in England and Wales: 09061155). By purchasing or using any of our professional services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Policy Pros and the Client.

2. Service Delivery & Scope

Scope of Work: Services include the review, formatting, and updating of professional policies and procedures (e.g., Subject Access, CCTV, and EPRR policies).

Modifications: Any requests for modifications must be made within 14 days of receiving your documents.

Additional Work: We reserve the right to charge our standard hourly rate of £55 for excessive administration or tasks falling outside the original project scope.

3. Payment Terms

Deposit: For projects quoted over £200, a 50% deposit is required before work commences or any questionnaires are issued.

Final Payment: Payments are due on receipt of the final invoice or within 30 days if pre-agreed in writing.

Late Payments: We maintain a strict policy against non-payment and will take legal action to recover outstanding debts within a reasonable timeframe.

Payment Method: Transfers should be made to Project Analysis UK Limited (Starling Bank, Sort Code: 60-83-71, Acc: 18551988).

4. Professional Liability & Disclaimers

“As-Is” Basis: All documents are provided on an “as-is” basis. The Client is solely responsible for enforcing and implementing the actions contained within the policies.

No Liability for Omissions: Policy Pros accepts no liability for errors or omissions resulting from the Client’s failure to provide requested information.

Legislative Changes: We are not liable for changes in legislation that may affect the validity of documents after they have been delivered to you.

General Disclaimer: Policy Pros accepts no liability for any actions, or lack thereof, taken by the Client in relation to the enforcement of provided policies.
