Shaun’s experience includes being the BA/Product Owner for large-scale projects, change management, BPMN process modelling, usability, testing, influencing and persuading, problem-solving, negotiating and managing relationships. 

He also defines requirements through to the functional development and infrastructure builds of market-leading software and web applications. Manages change, as-is and to-be, backlogs, acceptance criteria and defects as well as providing data modelling and FP&A consultancy.
